This year there is no service on Ash Wednesday, the beginning of Lent but the Ashing service will be incorporated into the service on Sunday 6th March. Consequently this month's Family Service will be on Sunday 13th March. All services this month will be at the normal time of 9.30 am.

Saturday 6th March is our first Coffee Morning of the year and we hope a good many of you will be able to come along. Rumour has it that there will be bacon rolls on offer along with lots of lovely cakes and produce for sale. There will also be a card stall so that you can stock up for forthcoming birthdays, anniversaries and even Easter. There will also be a selection of books and puzzles for sale so come along between 10 am and 12 noon on Saturday.

A couple of advance notices - the April Coffee Morning will be a week later than usual on 9th April as the Heritage Centre have a special opening day on Saturday 2nd April. Their new exhibition The Dark Ages starts with a talk by Nancy Hollinrake and some of the pottery finds from the excavation at Eastbury Farm which are held at Taunton Museum will be on show. Do make a note of both these events in your diaries.
